1. Apply for certification and submit the materials to our company for review, including:

A. invoice (proforma invoice or commercial invoice)

B. packing list

C. Test report (meeting international standards and issued by 17025 qualified laboratory)

D. application form

E. Product information and factory information (product pictures, instructions, etc., ISO9001 quality certificate of the factory or other certificates (provided if available))
